  • You need to be a problem solver for our clients
  • You have to be able to create a sales strategy that will enable commercial growth
  • You need to make yourself familiar with the markets and understand why our solutions matter
  • You need to be able to listen, understand and then position our solutions to solve client issues
  • You have to be able to communicate and influence senior executives – domestically and globally
  • You will need to build new business with new clients
  • You should embrace teamwork within the sales team, with marketing and product management
  • You have to think on your feet, explore alternate ideas and have a creative mind
  • You should welcome hard work, be positive and optimistic
  • You should also have a good sense of humor because selling is one of the toughest jobs on the planet
  • You must have 5-10 years’ experience in sales, be well educated, and professional
  • If you have experience in risk or compliance solutions for financial services or corporate organizations, then that would be advantageous
