Setting up MCO for Slack is straightforward. Your MCO administrator configures the integration from within the MCO platform — no coding required.
Log into MCO and open the MCO Settings page. Select Slack as your notification application.
Click "Add to Slack" to install the MCO bot into your workspace. Grant the requested permissions to allow MCO to send direct messages.
Your administrator links Slack workspace users with their MCO accounts so notifications reach the right people.
Once configured, eligible users receive compliance notifications as direct messages in Slack in near real-time with relevant context and action links.
The MCO Slack integration currently supports notifications for the following compliance modules. Notifications are configurable at both the client and module levels.

MCO for Slack requires an active MCO subscription. Clicking "Add to Slack" will take you to sign in to your MCO account, where you can authorize the Slack connection. Administrator access is required to complete the setup.
Log into your MCO account with your existing credentials. You need administrator-level access to configure integrations.
In your MCO admin panel, open the MCO Settings page and select "Slack" as the notification application to reveal Slack-specific configuration options.
Click the "Add to Slack" button displayed in the Settings section. You will be redirected to Slack's consent page to authorize the MCO app in your workspace and grant the required permissions.
Once connected, your administrator can complete the setup within MCO and enable the specific compliance notification modules your organization needs.
Your organization must have an active MyComplianceOffice subscription with access to at least one of the supported notification modules.
Installation and configuration must be performed by an MCO administrator with the appropriate permissions to manage integrations and notification settings.
Your team needs an active Slack workspace. The administrator installing the MCO app must have permission to add apps to the workspace.
