Setting up MCO for Slack is straightforward. Your MCO administrator configures the integration from within the MCO platform — no coding required.
Log into MCO and open the Push Notification Settings page. Select Slack as your notification application.
Click "Add to Slack" to install the MCO bot into your workspace. Grant the requested permissions to allow MCO to send direct messages.
Map MCO users to their corresponding Slack accounts within Push Notification Settings. Only mapped users will receive Slack notifications.
Once configured, eligible users receive compliance notifications as direct messages in Slack in near real-time with relevant context and action links.
The MCO Slack integration currently supports notifications for the following compliance modules. Notifications are configurable at both the client and module levels.

The "Add to Slack" button is accessible from within your MCO platform. Follow these steps to install and connect the integration.
Log into your MCO account at mycomplianceoffice.com with your existing credentials. You need administrator-level access to configure integrations.
In your MCO admin panel, open the Push Notification Settings page and select "Slack" as the notification application to reveal Slack-specific configuration options.
Click the "Add to Slack" button displayed in the Slack Settings section. You will be redirected to Slack's consent page to authorize the MCO app in your workspace and grant the required permissions.
After installation, use "Refresh All Users" to sync your Slack workspace users, then map MCO users to their Slack accounts. Enable the specific notification modules you want to activate.
Requires an active MCO subscription and administrator access.

Your organization must have an active MyComplianceOffice subscription with access to at least one of the supported notification modules.

Installation must be performed by an MCO administrator with viewPushNotificationSettings and receivePushNotification permissions enabled.
Your team needs an active Slack workspace. The administrator installing the MCO app must have permission to add apps to the workspace.
