November 7, 2024. MCO CEO Brian Fahey won the Large Business CEO of Year Awards at the Business Post Leadership Excellence Awards.

The Business Post Leadership Excellence Awards recognise C-suite achievers across the Irish business community. The awards, which were judged by a mix of industry experts and Business Post journalists, attracted a wide variety of entries from across Irish business.

According to the Business Post "Brian’s journey from a vision to a global player in compliance technology is a remarkable story of leadership and dedication. Investing heavily in R&D and fostering a supportive culture, he has positioned MCO as a global leader in the financial services industry"

Fahey noted that he was "delighted to accept this award on behalf of all the employees at MyComplianceOffice who have worked so hard to make the vision a reality. Thank you to the Business Post for the recognition."

In September Fahey sat down with the Business Post to discuss MCO's growth trajectory.  Fahey told the Business Post that “We’ve always had a strong view about our priorities as a company. It’s been a very interesting process to take a look back at our aspirations and summarise our plans, particularly around strategy and culture. Our culture has evolved as we’ve scaled. Where we were as a 25- or 50-person firm is very different to being a 400-person firm.” Read the full article here.
