Mark Browne is a specialist financial services lawyer with over twenty years of practical experience advising on a range of issues of particular relevance for the asset management sector. He has substantial experience working with asset management clients from across the US and London in particular and his international experience covers a number of key global fund centres, including the Cayman Islands as well as the key European Union financial centres of Luxembourg and Ireland.

Mr Browne lectures on the regulation of digital assets for the Finance Diploma course at the Law Society of Ireland and he is a member of the Digital Assets Working Group in AIMA (the Alternative Investment Management Association). He was also elected to the Global Board of the Alternative Investment Management Association (AIMA) in 2020 for a two year term.
