Dates: Our group rate includes Wednesday, October 29th through Sunday, November 2nd.
Room reservations must be made no later than Friday, October 24th. However, it is advisable to reserve your room early before the room block sells out.
Note: We are unable to reserve rooms at the conference property for the night of Tuesday, October 28th. If you require that night, please reserve a nearby hotel for that night. The Hyatt Place Lake Buena Vista is a close option.
