MCO (MyComplianceOffice),  a leading provider of compliance management software for the financial services industry, has been named to the World’s Top Fintech Companies 2026 list by CNBC and Statista.

MCO was recognized in the RegTech category, introduced as a standalone segment for the first time this year. The category highlights companies providing technology that helps firms meet financial regulatory obligations and manage compliance risk.

MCO Recognized as a Global Regtech Leader

MCO’s inclusion reflects the company’s continued growth and investment in integrated technology that enables financial services firms to manage compliance more effectively.

The MyComplianceOffice platform brings together key areas of compliance—including employee conduct, conflicts of interest, communications, transactions, third-party risk and regulatory obligations—on a single system. This connected approach gives compliance teams greater visibility across risk, reduces reliance on manual processes and disparate systems, and supports stronger oversight across the organization.

“We are proud to be recognized by CNBC and Statista as one of the world’s top fintech companies,” said Brian Fahey, Founder and CEO of MCO. “Regtech has become an essential part of how financial services firms manage growing regulatory complexity and risk. This recognition reflects the work of our team and the trust of our clients as we continue to strengthen our platform and help firms build more connected, efficient and effective compliance programs.”

MCO's recognition by CNBC and Statisa adds to a year of continued industry recognition. Earlier this year, the company also improved its positions in the Chartis Financial Crime and Compliance 50 (FinCrime50) rankings and in the Chartis iGRC Report, reinforcing MCO's leadership across governance, risk, compliance and financial crime technology.
