As a Performance Lead/Performance Test Architect, you will oversee creating, executing, and managing performance testing methodologies and frameworks to assess software systems' performance, scalability, and dependability. Senior Database Administrator working collaboration with DBA Team, in collaboration with IT & Security & Software Development, you will be working as part of a small, friendly and cooperative team, being responsible for the design, provisioning, configuration, operation, and maintenance of all cloud and physical database environments used to run and test MCO software platform.

This is a senior engineering role within the MCO architecture team. The role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient development of applications and quality deliverables.

In this position, you will design, code and test software. You will develop transactional applications modules applying standards for programming, naming, security and performance. You provide proper code documentation and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications to meet business requirements. Additionally, you document and assist in defining requirements, creating documents to ensure the applications meet their expectations. You maintain and support applications to keep them performing in accordance with technical and functional specifications.

The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for initially and continuously learning the MCO software suite of modules, including how they function and how they apply to our clients’ business.  The role will include responding to our clients’ inquiries, logging and resolving their issues, and providing an exceptional customer experience along the way.  In addition, you would be responsible for assisting other Customer Support team members in continuously improving the Customer Support function for the ultimate benefit of our clients.
