Ecomm QA Lead (India)

We are seeking a talented and experienced QA Lead to spearhead our development team's ef- forts in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader of quality and have a strong background in automated testing frameworks, particularly Cypress, and be proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Jest. A deep understanding of DRY (Don't Re- peat Yourself) coding patterns, scope management, and SOLID design principles is essential. Responsible for the enforcement of policy and procedures for the team to ensure the timely and accurate processing of technical requests from brokerages, clients and vendors on a daily basis. He/She will assist the team to gather and analyze data to identify problem areas, investigate issues, determine root causes and repair problems, utilizing tools such as SQL, Excel and various scripting languages like Python and Perl. Works on complex assignments and often multiple phases of a project. In return, you will be part of a growing engineering group who deal with technically challenging work who are continually striving to improve the service we offer. This role is essential for product development. The role is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient development of applications and quality deliverables.

In this senior position, you'll design, code and test software. You will develop transactional applications modules (JSP, EJB, etc.), applying standards for programming, naming, security and performance. You provide proper code documentation and implement configuration changes to packaged software applications to meet business requirements. Additionally, you document and assist in defining requirements, creating documents to ensure the applications meet their expectations.
