DUBLIN — MCO (MyComplianceOffice), a leading provider of integrated compliance technology, has been named to the Financial Times Europe’s Long-Term Growth Champions 2027, marking the third consecutive year the company has earned a place on the prestigious ranking.
MCO has been named to the list every year since the Financial Times and Statista launched the ranking in 2024. This year, MCO is one of only two Irish companies among the 300 businesses recognized across Europe.
The annual ranking recognizes European companies that have demonstrated sustained revenue growth over a ten-year period. The 2027 list measures compound annual growth in revenue between 2015 and 2025—a period marked by significant economic disruption, including the widespread recession sparked by the COVID-19 pandemic and the steep rise in inflation that followed Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
“Three consecutive years on this list is an incredible achievement and a reflection of the scale of what we’ve built at MCO,” said Brian Fahey, Founder and CEO of MCO. “From our roots in Ireland, MCO has grown into a global RegTech leader serving more than 1,500 firms in over 125 countries. A clear vision, strong focus on product innovation, and exceptional team have driven that success. We have tremendous momentum, and the ambition and investment to take MCO much further.”
MCO enters its next stage of growth with significant investment behind that vision. In September, the company secured more than $100 million in strategic growth financing from Accel-KKR Credit Partners to accelerate product and AI innovation, market expansion, and hiring. The financing builds on MCO’s long-standing relationship with Accel-KKR, which began in 2020.
MCO also recently appointed John Schobel, one of the RegTech industry's most innovative leaders, as President to work alongside Fahey in leading the company’s continued investment and growth.
“The opportunity ahead of MCO is enormous,” said Schobel. “We have the investment, the technology, the talent, and the market opportunity to take what MCO has built to an entirely new level. We already have the client base, multiple new products which are being rapidly adopted, and the most robust roadmap in the industry. The use of AI has allowed us to move faster, pushing innovation further, and setting an even higher bar for what compliance technology can deliver.”
MCO’s Global Compliance Outlook survey underscores the scale of the market need. Research conducted by The Harris Poll on behalf of MCO among 370 senior compliance professionals across the U.S., Europe and APAC found that firms are planning significant investment in compliance, even as many continue to operate across fragmented technology environments. Financial services firms use an average of 13.8 compliance systems, while 93% expect compliance budgets to increase and 89% expect greater investment in compliance technology over the next 12 months.
Investment alone, however, will not resolve the challenges facing compliance. The opportunity lies in putting that investment to work through a more integrated, data-driven compliance capability that improves visibility into risk and can manage increasing regulatory demands.
As firms look to bring greater integration to their compliance programs, MCO provides a single platform that brings together employee compliance, communications oversight, transaction surveillance, third-party risk and management of compliance obligations. More than 1,500 client companies across 125+ countries use MyComplianceOffice to connect compliance processes, data and evidence and gain greater visibility across their programs.
